NEWPEPPERS is a food processing company based in the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco, Fes city. Since its creation by Mr. Haj Mohammed BENNOUNA in 1976 and after long research and efforts of three generations meant to enhance quality.

NEWPEPPERS exports food products with a Mediterranean taste to all over the world. It‚s the leader of production & exportation of sweet cherry peppers a long side capers, olives, and other vegetables. Our vision is to keep recognized worldwide as a top quality, reliable and consistent producer of cherry peppers and other pickled products. Our respect of international standards is helping us achieve this goal, reason why we keep investing in R&D and new production technologies leading to innovation in the field, to meet the needs of the international market.

Our philosophy
The Quality is the defining character of our mission and trademark, thats, why our philosophy has been always one: “Quality before anything else from the seed to the consumers dish” Our quality control team has an extensive experience in the Antipasti industry, examines and documents all production stages, from cultivation and processing to final packaging through implementing a complete traceability system that allows us to trace each product produced.
About the farms
NEWPEPPERS® ensures that all of its farmers are cultivating the best quality fruit possible. Seedlings are carefully cultivated before being planted out. All fields are under irrigation and the perfectly ripened results are handpicked with care.

The processing
he fresh cherry peppers are delivered directly to our facility to be processed with our uniquesweety and spicy PEPPAFRICA® brine. NEWPEPPERS facilityis designed to produce superior quality products in the perfect environment. It hasa fully equipped indoor laboratory that allows the performance of all the necessary physicochemical analyses to ensure consistent quality. Every batch we process and export goes through a complete chemical analysis.

Internationally recognized, 100% of our sales are exported. Exports account for 100% of our sales, making NEWPEPPERS a truly international company, present notably in: United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and other countries. Our experienced production and sales team recognize and understand the different preferences of each market. Majority of our products are exported under our own brand PEPPAFRICA. But we do also export under our customers private brandings.

That is why, with experienceand inspiration, we offera large choice of antipastiproducts that promise to give you a much diversified menu.
